About Marovia
Marovia exists to give startup founders the kind of financial and management judgment that used to be reserved for the boardroom — steady, senior, and on your side of the table.
Marovia began with a simple observation: early-stage founders rarely lack ambition or intelligence — they lack a senior partner who can sit with them through the numbers, the hires, and the hard calls. Big firms price that partner out of reach; freelancers can't carry the weight.
So we built a firm around a different model. One senior team, working directly with a small number of founders at a time. No juniors, no hand-offs, no billable-hour games — just the judgment we'd want if we were building the company ourselves.
Today we serve founders nationally, entirely remote, across financial strategy, management advisory, and fundraise readiness. The questions change; the partnership doesn't.
We say the true thing, even when it's not the popular thing. Founders pay us for judgment, not agreement.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Ali founded Marovia after a career spanning finance, accounting, contracting, pricing, and strategy. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of California, Irvine, a master's degree from the University of Southern California, and is currently pursuing his doctorate in finance. He works directly with every engagement — from the first model to the final term sheet.
